From source to insight

Our approach doesn't start with a tool. It starts with a question: what decision do you need to make? Then we work backward — from the dashboard to the data model, from the model to the sources, from the sources to the transactions. Every link is connected. Every pillar serves the other two. That's 'from source to insight'.

Our conviction

The problem is never the tool — it's the data journey

Most firms sell a product. An ERP. A dashboard. An intranet. Each pillar works in isolation. The accountant enters data in the ERP, the analyst builds a separate dashboard, the secretary general files documents on a file server. Three worlds that don't talk to each other.

From source to insight.

Decision-First Design

We don't build a dashboard then look for an audience. We first identify the decision to be made, then work backward to the required data. The dashboard isn't the end — it's the means.

Native connection, not integration

Business Central, SharePoint and Power BI share the same Microsoft 365 platform. No ETL between ERP and DMS. No cobbled-together connector. Linking via Microsoft Graph API — native, bidirectional, real-time.

Autonomy, not dependency

Every engagement ends with an autonomy test. If your champions can't manage their scope alone (ERP, dashboards or DMS), we extend training for free. The day you no longer need us is the day we've succeeded.

One system, not three tools

3 pillars, one information flow

Each pillar serves the other two

Pillar 1

ERP & Integrated Management

Dynamics 365 Business Central, SYSCOHADA compliant. The transactional foundation: purchasing, sales, accounting, inventory, fixed assets. AI Copilot for bank reconciliation and automatic entries. Every transaction generates a clean accounting entry and a linked supporting document in SharePoint.

Business Central · SYSCOHADA · Copilot · 12 weeks
Pillar 2 — Core expertise

Data & Business Intelligence

Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. From data lake to decision dashboard. Semantic modeling, Decision-First approach, proprietary frameworks (DRI™, DQS™, DVS™). This is our DNA — and it's the pillar that transforms the other two into competitive advantage. Without BI, the ERP is a database. With BI, it's a decision lever.

Power BI · Fabric · Decision-First · 6 weeks
Pillar 3

DMS & Collaboration

SharePoint Online transforms document chaos into a structured system. Libraries, metadata, Power Automate workflows, Purview archiving. It's the connective tissue: every document links to an ERP transaction and is visible in a BI portal. From the field (Power Apps offline) to the CEO's dashboard — one flow.

SharePoint · Power Automate · Purview · 8 weeks

You don't need all three. Some clients start with ERP alone, others with BI, others with DMS. Each pillar works independently. But when all three are connected, the multiplier effect is considerable — and that's what we recommend long-term. The free 5-day diagnostic helps identify which pillar to start with.

Our stack

Microsoft at the core — not at the edge of competence

An integrated ecosystem, not an assembly of products

Microsoft Fabric & Power Platform

Unified analytics platform: OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, semantic model, Power BI. Power Automate for workflows. Power Apps for field entry. One tenant, one billing, one governance. The technical core of our Data & BI pillar and the glue between all three.

Dynamics 365 Business Central

Cloud-native ERP. SYSCOHADA compliant (revised 2018 chart of accounts, TAFIRE, DSF). AI Copilot for bank reconciliation and sales entries. Open API for SharePoint linking (supporting documents) and Power BI (real-time financial reporting). Extensible via AL for specific business needs.

SharePoint Online & Microsoft 365

Enterprise DMS: libraries, metadata, full-text search, co-editing. Microsoft Purview for retention, sensitivity and audit. OneDrive for offline sync. Teams for collaboration. Graph API for programmable interconnection with BC and Power BI.

Data Engineering & infrastructure

Python, SQL, dbt, Apache Spark for complex pipelines. Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery when the existing stack requires it. 20+ years in telecoms and information systems — multi-site connectivity, VPN, monitoring. African field constraints (bandwidth, latency, power) are our daily reality, not a surprise.

We don't sell technology. We sell the ability to transform your data into decisions — with the technology best suited to your context, budget and internal capabilities.

What nobody else has

3 proprietary frameworks — not buzzwords

Each framework is a tool for diagnosis, measurement and guarantee

Before the project

Data Readiness Index™

Maturity score across 5 dimensions: data quality, governance, infrastructure, skills, data culture. Each dimension rated 1-5 with objective criteria. It's the foundation of our free 5-day diagnostic — and what allows us to recommend which pillar to start with. A DRI™ of 2/5 in governance points to DMS before BI. A DRI™ of 4/5 in infrastructure but 1/5 in skills points to training before deployment.

Cross-pillar diagnostic · 5 dimensions · Score 1-5 · Pillar recommendation
During the project

Dashboard Quality Scorecard™

Evaluation grid with 40 criteria across 4 categories: design (readability, visual hierarchy, consistency), performance (load time, model size, DAX optimization), adoption (KPI relevance, anticipated usage frequency), maintainability (documentation, modularity, naming conventions). Every delivered dashboard is scored and optimized until it meets the quality threshold. No dashboard ships below 80/100.

40 criteria · 4 categories · Score /100 · Threshold 80/100
After the project

Dashboard Vitality Score™

Post-deployment measurement at D+30 and D+90: actual usage frequency, adoption rate by role, decision impact (measured by interview). Ensures the dashboard lives after the engagement — not just on demo day. If the DVS™ drops below threshold, we intervene for free: additional training, KPI adjustment, simplification. An unused dashboard is a failure — ours.

Who we are

6 senior experts, 90+ years of collective experience — no juniors in disguise

2 network & telecom engineers

Infrastructure, multi-site connectivity, VPN, monitoring. They know African field constraints — limited bandwidth, latency, unstable power — because they've lived them for 20 years. When a BI consultant promises a real-time dashboard without checking bandwidth, it shows. Not with us.

1 Data & BI engineer

Data engineering, dimensional modeling, Fabric, Power BI. The creator of all three proprietary frameworks (DRI™, DQS™, DVS™). Every dashboard that leaves our shop passes through his hands. The Decision-First approach — that's him.

1 senior ERP & project management consultant

Dynamics 365 Business Central, SYSCOHADA, complex project management. Former program director at major accounts. He knows how to land an ERP in an organization that resists — because every organization resists. His specialty: the change management that makes the difference between a deployed ERP and a used one.

Paris + Abidjan presence

French law company (SAS). Offices in Paris and Abidjan. Contracts under French law. No offshore, no disguised subcontracting. When you sign with NJIADATA, you work with us — not with a partner you've never met. Same timezone, same regulatory context, same standards.

Our Africa commitment

We create local employment. Every project includes a knowledge transfer component to African professionals. Not offshore consulting — local capacity building. This has been at the core of our mission since day one.

Our guarantee

The autonomy test — our success criteria

Before closing an engagement, every client champion must demonstrate they can manage their scope alone, without NJIADATA assistance. It's the test nobody does in consulting — and it's what differentiates us.

ERP test

The accountant enters a complete entry (purchase, sale, journal), runs a SYSCOHADA report, performs a bank reconciliation, and exports a report — alone, without us watching. If they fail, we extend training.

BI test

The analyst creates a complete dashboard from scratch: source connection, dimensional model, 3 visuals with interactions, Row-Level Security filter, workspace publication. Minimum DQS™ score: 80/100.

DMS test

The document champion creates a library, adds metadata columns, configures a filtered view, launches an approval workflow, and performs a full-text search — alone, without assistance.

If the test fails, the engagement isn't over. We extend training for free until autonomy is achieved. That's our commitment — and it's why our clients don't need expensive annual support contracts. Optional quarterly check-up in the first year.
