Our Conviction

Africa has the talent. It lacks the ecosystem.

The African continent has over 400 million young people under 25. Among them, brilliant minds who need only the right framework to flourish. What is missing is not intelligence — it is access to in-demand skills, real projects and mentors who have walked the path.

NJIADATA's founders know this because they lived it. Initially trained in Africa, they had to move to Europe to access cutting-edge skills in data, data security and cloud. NJIADATA Academy exists so the next generation does not have to leave.

Three tracks, one shared standard

Each track lasts 6 to 12 months. No lectures. Progressive immersion in real client engagements, supervised by our senior consultants.

Data & BI Track

12 months

Become a Business Intelligence consultant capable of modelling data, building Power BI dashboards and designing Fabric architectures.

Data Security Track

Become a data security analyst capable of conducting audits, securing information systems and deploying monitoring solutions.

The Journey

A structured five-step journey that transforms a young graduate into an operational consultant.

Application

Application file plus technical and motivation interview. Selection based on potential, not CV.

Bootcamp

Four intensive weeks. Technical fundamentals, tools and NJIADATA methodology.

Mission Immersion

Progressive integration into real client engagements, supervised by a senior mentor.

Certifications

Preparation and completion of at least two Microsoft certifications. Funded by NJIADATA.

NJIADATA Academy is recruiting its next cohort. We are looking for motivated, curious profiles ready to learn intensively for 6 to 12 months. The journey is demanding, but what you gain will open doors you cannot yet imagine.

Profiles Sought

Bac+2 to Bac+5 in computer science, mathematics, statistics, management or engineering. Recent graduates or career changers with fewer than 3 years of experience. Motivation and learning potential matter more than the diploma.

Who we're looking for

Admission criteria

1
Master's degree in CS, statistics or business

Graduated within the last 3 years. Engineering schools, universities, business schools with data specialisation.

Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool

Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent. A personal or academic project is enough — we look for aptitude, not years.

Fluent French + professional English

Our engagements are bilingual. Technical documentation, vendor exchanges and some clients require English.

Based in Abidjan or willing to relocate

The programme is in-person. Juniors work on real engagements alongside seniors, not behind an online training screen.

After the programme

Concrete outcomes

Junior Consultant at NJIADATA

Primary goal. Top candidates join the NJIADATA team on client engagements at programme end. Contract, salary, senior mentoring.

Target Microsoft certifications

PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) and DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer). Funded by NJIADATA and completed during the programme.

Portfolio of real projects

No mock projects. Every junior exits with 3 to 5 projects delivered in production for real clients. It's the best CV possible.
