NJIADATA Academy is recruiting its next cohort. We are looking for motivated, curious profiles ready to learn intensively for 6 to 12 months. The journey is demanding, but what you gain will open doors you cannot yet imagine.
Bac+2 to Bac+5 in computer science, mathematics, statistics, management or engineering. Recent graduates or career changers with fewer than 3 years of experience. Motivation and learning potential matter more than the diploma.
Intensive training supervised by seniors. Immersion in real client projects. Two Microsoft certifications funded. Monthly stipend during the programme. On completion : a position at NJIADATA or immediately employable skills on the market.
Places are limited. Each cohort is selected to ensure high-quality individual support.

Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent. A personal or academic project is enough — we look for aptitude, not years.
Our engagements are bilingual. Technical documentation, vendor exchanges and some clients require English.
The programme is in-person. Juniors work on real engagements alongside seniors, not behind an online training screen.
Primary goal. Top candidates join the NJIADATA team on client engagements at programme end. Contract, salary, senior mentoring.
PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) and DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer). Funded by NJIADATA and completed during the programme.
No mock projects. Every junior exits with 3 to 5 projects delivered in production for real clients. It's the best CV possible.
